The Slapsisters deposit & cancellation policy

I know that sometimes one cannot help but to cancel a session that has been booked. But sadly, some people do not even turn up for a session without advising. This is obviously annoying given that invariably I might have refused another booking. This is why I ALWAYS take a deposit on all bookings now. For an hour of discipline, deposit is minimum £30.00.  If a session is cancelled with 24 hours or less notice, 

it will result in a TOTAL FORFEITURE OF THE DEPOSIT. To rebook that session, the deposit will have to be paid again before confirmation of your slot. Cancellations made between 24 hours and 7 days notice, will result in 50% of the deposit paid being lost. To rebook that session, the remaining 50% will have to be paid before confirmation of your slot. Any booking cancelled longer than a week before the session, will result in no deposit loss upon re-booking, HOWEVER DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE IF YOU SIMPLY DECIDE THAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO VISIT. They may be used for another service.
